1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph59 platform, including all features, content, and services available at ph59.bid. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to these Terms in full. ph59 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms apply to all users of ph59, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the platform from the Philippines or elsewhere where access is not prohibited by local law.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ph59. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
ph59 does not permit use of its platform by individuals who are:
- Under the age of 18;
- Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
- Previously suspended or banned from the platform;
- Acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
ph59 may request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure pending verification. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any winnings obtained through an underage account will be forfeited.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on ph59. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may be closed without notice, with balances subject to review. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ph59 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. Do not share your login details with any third party.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph59 support immediately. ph59 reserves the right to suspend any account it suspects has been compromised or is being used fraudulently.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of ph59, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by ph59;
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or engage in any form of cheating or collusion;
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity that violates applicable law;
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
- Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with ph59 staff or other users.
ph59 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or permanently close accounts found in breach of these obligations. Any winnings associated with prohibited activity may be void.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All transactions on ph59 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ph59 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and local bank transfer. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
Deposit requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the platform. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification having been completed. ph59 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing any withdrawal where fraud or breach of these Terms is suspected.
ph59 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own charges. Processing times vary by payment method. All transaction records are maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ph59 does not guarantee winnings, returns, or any specific financial outcome. Gambling involves real financial risk. Players are responsible for managing their own activity and budgets.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
ph59 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates reliably, ph59 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph59 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failures, unauthorised account access, or interruptions to gaming sessions.
All content on ph59 — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, and interface design — is the intellectual property of ph59 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from ph59.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
ph59 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a user has breached these Terms, provided false information, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In the event of account closure, any pending bets placed in accordance with these Terms will be settled in the normal course. Balances remaining after settlement of valid bets will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
ph59 may also close accounts at the request of the player. Players wishing to close their account should contact support. Self-exclusion options are available in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Philippines market. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority. ph59 may provide links or references to third-party content for informational purposes; such links do not constitute endorsement and ph59 is not responsible for third-party content or services.
